- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients are consistently available.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to determine the success of new menu items and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and goals.
- Train and educate staff on new menu items and ensure consistency in preparation and presentation.
- Follow and maintain food and safety regulations and standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to help drive menu innovation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Continuously seek feedback from customers and implement changes accordingly to improve overall dining experience.
Culinary Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Culinary Experience In A Fast-Paced Restaurant Environment, With A Focus On Latin American Cuisine.
Creativity And Innovation: Strong Ability To Think Outside The Box And Come Up With Unique And Innovative Menu Items That Align With Chipotle's Brand And Values.
Menu Development: Proven Track Record In Developing Successful Menu Items, Including Recipe Testing, Cost Analysis, And Implementation.
Project Management Skills: Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, From Concept To Execution, While Meeting Strict Deadlines And Budgets.
Knowledge Of Food Trends: Up-To-Date Knowledge Of Current Food Trends And Consumer Preferences, With The Ability To Incorporate Them Into Menu Development And Innovation.
