- Collaborate with our culinary team to enhance and elevate existing menu items, ensuring they continue to meet our high standards and exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct research and experimentation to create unique and innovative dishes that push the boundaries of traditional Mexican cuisine.
- Work closely with our sourcing and supply chain teams to identify and procure high-quality ingredients for our menu items.
- Conduct regular taste tests and gather feedback from customers and team members to continuously improve our menu offerings.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for menu optimization and cost savings.
- Train and educate team members on new menu items and changes to existing menu items.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on food and culinary trends and bring new ideas to the team.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote new menu items and highlight our commitment to culinary innovation.
Culinary Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Culinary Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of Mexican Cuisine And The Ability To Create Innovative Dishes.
Creativity And Innovation: Demonstrated Ability To Develop New And Unique Menu Items That Align With Chipotle's Brand And Food Philosophy.
Project Management Skills: Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects And Initiatives Simultaneously, From Ideation To Implementation.
Food Trends Knowledge: In-Depth Knowledge Of Current And Emerging Food Trends And The Ability To Incorporate Them Into Menu Development And Innovation.
