  1. Develop and create new menu items that align with the company's vision and brand.
  2. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with food trends and ingredients to inspire new menu ideas.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure new menu items are feasible and align with company goals.
  4. Lead and participate in tastings and recipe development to ensure quality and flavor of new menu items.
  5. Manage and maintain recipe database and make necessary updates as menu items evolve.
  6. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve and refine menu items.
  7. Stay updated on food safety and sanitation regulations and ensure all menu items meet required standards.
  8. Train and educate team members on new menu items and culinary techniques.
  9. Participate in menu planning and forecasting to ensure menu items are in line with company budget and goals.
  10. Represent the company at food events and collaborate with other chefs and industry professionals to stay current and innovative in the culinary field.

Job Qualifications

  • Formal Culinary Training And Experience: A Culinary Innovation Specialist At Chipotle Mexican Grill Should Have A Degree Or Certification In Culinary Arts And At Least 5 Years Of Professional Experience In A Culinary Setting.
