- Ensure all menu items meet food safety and quality standards.

Bachelor's Degree In Culinary Arts Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Culinary Innovation Role Or Similar Position.
Strong Understanding Of Food Trends And A Passion For Experimenting With New Ingredients And Flavors.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Ideas To Senior Leadership.
Proven Track Record Of Developing Successful Menu Items Or Menu Innovations In A Fast-Paced Restaurant Environment.
