
Corporate Trainer

- Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs for all levels of employees within the organization.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create targeted training plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of training efforts.
- Serve as a role model and champion for our company culture and values.
- Mentor and coach new trainers to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of training activities and employee progress.
- Continuously seek feedback and make necessary adjustments to training programs to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new training initiatives and programs.
- Act as a liaison between the training department and other departments within the organization.
- Stay updated on all company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure accurate and effective training delivery.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Corporate Training Or Instructional Design.
Strong Facilitation And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate Learners.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Training Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
