- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about our company, menu, and service standards.
- Conduct training sessions in a dynamic and engaging manner, utilizing a variety of instructional methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to continuously improve and meet company standards.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and create customized training plans for specific teams or individuals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to incorporate into our programs.
- Serve as a role model for our company's values and standards, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to ensure they are confident and proficient in their roles.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new team members, welcoming them to the company and helping them feel prepared for their new role.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure consistency and accuracy across all training programs.
- Serve as a resource for team members, answering questions and providing guidance on policies, procedures, and company standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Training, Preferably In The Restaurant Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate A Diverse Group Of Learners.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs On Topics Such As Customer Service, Leadership, And Compliance.
