  1. Develop and implement training programs for employees at various Chipotle Mexican Grill locations.
  2. Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  3. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and create customized training plans.
  4. Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary changes to improve outcomes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure training materials are relevant and current.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of the restaurant industry, including food safety, customer service, and operations.
  7. Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to help them improve their performance and reach their full potential.
  8. Travel to different locations to conduct training and provide support as needed.
  9. Collaborate with other trainers and departments to share best practices and ensure consistency in training across all locations.
  10. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and employee performance.
  11. Assist with the development of training manuals, videos, and other materials as needed.
  12. Act as a mentor and role model for employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  13. Identify and address any knowledge or skill gaps among employees and develop solutions to improve their performance.
  14. Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure accurate and consistent training.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and its values.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Corporate Training Or Employee Development Role

  • Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Techniques

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate Diverse Audiences

  • Experience In The Restaurant Or Food Service Industry Preferred, With A Deep Understanding Of Company Culture And Values.
