  1. Develop and implement training programs for both new and existing employees at Chipotle Mexican Grill.
  2. Conduct training sessions in a dynamic and engaging manner to ensure maximum knowledge retention.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training methods.
  4. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and create customized training plans.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
  6. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on training and development opportunities.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of Chipotle's operations, including food preparation, customer service, and company policies.
  8. Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.
  9. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all employees.
  11. Work closely with the HR department to ensure compliance with all training and development requirements.
  12. Act as a role model for Chipotle's values and culture, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
  13. Travel to various locations to conduct training sessions as needed.
  14. Keep up-to-date records of training sessions and employee progress.
  15. Continuously seek feedback and make improvements to training programs to ensure the highest level of effectiveness and impact.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Training And Development: Candidates For The Corporate Trainer Position At Chipotle Should Have A Strong Background In Training And Development, With At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. This Includes Experience Designing And Delivering Training Programs, As Well As Conducting Needs Assessments And Evaluating Training Effectiveness.

This Includes Both Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Deliver Engaging And Interactive Training Sessions To Large Groups.

  • Leadership And Coaching Skills: Corporate Trainers At Chipotle Are Responsible For Developing And Coaching Restaurant Managers And Team Members. As Such, Candidates Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Coach And Motivate Others To Achieve Their Full Potential.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: The Fast-Paced And Ever-Changing Nature Of The Restaurant Industry Requires Corporate Trainers At Chipotle To Be Adaptable And Flexible In Their Approach.
