  1. Design and develop comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques.
  2. Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at various locations, ensuring consistency and effectiveness of training across the organization.
  3. Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos, that effectively communicate key concepts and information.
  4. Collaborate with department managers and team leaders to identify training needs and develop customized training plans.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from employees.
  6. Continuously review and update training materials and methods to ensure they are aligned with company goals and industry trends.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert for all training-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to team members.
  8. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to motivate employees and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with other trainers and HR staff to ensure consistency and standardization of training practices.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs to continuously improve and evolve the training process.
  11. Serve as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  12. Participate in employee onboarding processes and assist with new hire trainings.
  13. Demonstrate a strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and values, and ensure they are effectively communicated and reinforced through training.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives and strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Corporate Training Or Employee Development.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Engage Diverse Groups Of Employees.

  • Experience In The Restaurant Or Fast Food Industry, Preferably With A Focus On Customer Service And Food Safety.
