  1. Develop and implement training programs for all levels of employees within the company.
  2. Conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtual, to educate employees on company policies, procedures, and standards.
  3. Continuously assess and improve training materials to ensure they are engaging, effective, and up-to-date.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized training plans for their teams.
  5. Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to meet company goals.
  6. Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to help them develop and improve their skills.
  7. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure training materials and methods are relevant and compliant.
  8. Serve as a role model and ambassador for the company's culture, values, and brand.
  9. Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to understand their needs and create tailored training solutions.
  10. Work closely with the HR team to onboard new employees and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  11. Collaborate with other trainers and subject-matter experts to create a consistent and cohesive training program.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed on industry developments.
  13. Proactively identify and address training gaps and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities and employee progress.
  15. Continuously promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Training And Development: A Corporate Trainer At Chipotle Mexican Grill Should Have Previous Experience In Designing And Delivering Training Programs, Preferably In The Restaurant Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Chipotle's Values And Culture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Company's Mission, Values, And Culture, And Be Able To Effectively Incorporate Them Into Training Materials.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: Corporate Trainers Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Engage And Motivate Large Groups Of Employees Through Dynamic Presentations.

  • Ability To Adapt And Innovate: The Restaurant Industry Is Constantly Evolving, And A Corporate Trainer Should Be Able To Adapt To Changes And Come Up With Innovative Training Methods To Keep Employees Up-To-Date With Industry Trends.

  • Leadership And Teamwork Skills: Corporate Trainers Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Work Effectively In A Team Environment. They Should Also Be Able To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Trainers, As Well As Collaborate With Other Departments Within The Company.
