- Develop and implement training programs for all levels of employees, including new hires and current staff members.
- Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to educate employees on company policies, procedures, and values.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Human Resources and Operations, to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve training programs.
- Serve as a role model and mentor for employees, demonstrating the company's values and standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to help them reach their full potential.
- Monitor and track employee progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing additional training as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all employees.
- Work with leadership to develop and implement career development plans for employees.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay current on industry developments and network with other professionals.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate training programs to drive employee success and company growth.
- Collaborate with regional and store level trainers to ensure consistency and effectiveness of training across all locations.
- Embody and promote the company's culture, values, and mission in all aspects of the job.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Delivering Effective Training Programs For Large Organizations.
Strong Understanding Of The Food Service Industry And Chipotle's Values And Culture.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Inspire Diverse Audiences.
Proven Ability To Work Independently And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Training Goals.
Familiarity With Learning Management Systems And Other Training Tools, As Well As The Ability To Adapt To New Technologies And Platforms.
