- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with company values and goals
- Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them
- Collaborate with department managers to create training plans for new and existing employees
- Conduct training sessions in a dynamic and engaging manner
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve training methods
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure their continued development
- Work closely with the HR team to develop career development plans for employees
- Monitor and track employee progress and provide feedback to management
- Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all employees
- Communicate training initiatives and updates to employees and managers
- Collaborate with other trainers and departments to ensure consistency in training across the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Corporate Training, Preferably In The Restaurant Or Hospitality Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Learning And Development Principles And Techniques, Including Instructional Design And Facilitation.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate Learners Of All Levels.
Proven Experience In Designing And Delivering Effective Training Programs, Both In-Person And Through Virtual Platforms.
