As a Corporate Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs for our employees to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service and uphold our standards of excellence. - Develop and implement training programs for all levels of employees, including new hires and existing team members.
- Ensure training materials are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with company standards and values.
- Conduct training sessions in a clear, engaging, and effective manner.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all employees.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Participate in the selection and onboarding process for new employees.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment in training and development efforts.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports for all employees.
- Serve as a role model for company values and promote a positive work culture.
- Communicate regularly with management regarding training progress and any concerns.
- Identify and address any potential training gaps or areas for improvement.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the training program to meet the evolving needs of the company.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In The Restaurant Industry, Specifically In Fast-Casual Dining And/Or Mexican Cuisine.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Deliver Training And Interact With Team Members At All Levels.
Proven Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs, Including Curriculum Development And Instructional Design.
Ability To Adapt To A Fast-Paced And Constantly Evolving Work Environment, While Maintaining A Positive Attitude And Motivating Others.
