10. Stay up-to-date on community trends and issues to inform decision-making and strategy.
11. Collaborate with other departments to integrate community engagement into overall business goals and objectives.
12. Engage with customers and gather feedback to continuously improve community engagement efforts.
13. Monitor and maintain a budget for community engagement initiatives.
14. Train and supervise community engagement team members.
15. Represent the company's values and mission in all community interactions.
