  1. Develop and implement community engagement strategies to support Chipotle's mission and values.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with community members, organizations, and local businesses to establish partnerships and collaborations.
  3. Plan and execute events and initiatives to engage with the community and promote brand awareness.
  4. Identify and assess community needs and develop programs and initiatives to address them.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community engagement efforts with company goals and initiatives.
  6. Manage and track community engagement budget and resources.
  7. Serve as a liaison between Chipotle and the community, representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
  8. Develop and maintain a database of community contacts and track engagement efforts.
  9. Research and stay up-to-date on community trends and needs to inform engagement strategies.
  10. Measure and report on the effectiveness of community engagement efforts to inform future initiatives.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets to promote and amplify community engagement efforts.
  12. Train and support team members in community engagement efforts.
  13. Represent Chipotle at community events and act as a spokesperson for the company's community involvement.
  14. Stay informed on corporate social responsibility practices and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Community Outreach And Engagement: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Connecting With And Engaging Diverse Communities. This Includes Experience In Developing Relationships With Community Organizations, Planning Events And Initiatives, And Executing Outreach Strategies.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Community Engagement Manager Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Various Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Build And Maintain Relationships With Community Members, Team Members, And External Partners.

  • Knowledge Of Local Communities And Cultural Sensitivity: An Understanding Of The Local Community And Its Cultural Nuances Is Essential For A Community Engagement Manager. This Includes Being Aware Of Current Issues And Concerns, As Well As Having The Ability To Navigate And Respect Diverse Cultural Backgrounds.

  • Project Management And Organizational Skills: This Role Requires Someone Who Can Manage Multiple Projects And Initiatives Simultaneously. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Work Efficiently To Achieve Goals.

  • Passion For Chipotle's Mission And Values: Chipotle Values Its Commitment To Sustainability, Food With Integrity, And Supporting Local Communities. A Community Engagement Manager Should Share This Passion And Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Promote These Values To The Community.
