- Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with the company's mission and values.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all community outreach and partnership opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with community leaders, organizations, and local businesses to foster positive collaborations.
- Identify and participate in community events, initiatives, and partnerships that align with the company's values and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute community-focused marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage a community engagement calendar to ensure timely and effective execution of initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a database of community contacts and resources for future engagement opportunities.
- Plan and execute volunteer events, donation drives, and other community service projects.
- Track and report on the success of community engagement initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed on current social and cultural issues within the communities we serve and use that knowledge to inform community engagement strategies.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all community events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create relevant and engaging content for social media and other platforms related to community engagement.
- Manage the community engagement budget and ensure all initiatives are within budget guidelines.
- Communicate and promote the company's mission, values, and community involvement to all stakeholders, including employees, customers, and community members.
- Continuously seek out new opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's community impact.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Strong Understanding Of Social Media And Digital Marketing Strategies.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Community Engagement Or Public Relations.
