Job Description

Welcome to Chipotle Mexican Grill, where we believe in serving real food made with real ingredients. We are looking for a highly motivated Community Engagement Manager to join our team and help us foster meaningful connections with our local communities. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, creating and executing engagement strategies, and representing our brand in a positive light. We are seeking someone with a passion for community involvement, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to drive results. If you are a self-starter with a desire to make a positive impact, we would love to have you on our team.

  1. Develop and implement community engagement strategies to support and strengthen the brand's reputation and relationships with local communities.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for community organizations, non-profits, and other stakeholders.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key community leaders and influencers.
  4. Organize and participate in community events, sponsorships and partnerships to promote the Chipotle brand and values.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and support community initiatives and events.
  6. Develop and manage communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about the brand's community involvement and initiatives.
  7. Monitor and report on community engagement activities and results, including tracking metrics and analyzing data to continuously improve strategies.
  8. Represent the brand in a positive light and be an advocate for our mission and values.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community engagement and incorporate them into strategies.
  10. Manage and allocate budgets for community engagement initiatives.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.
  12. Educate and train team members on community engagement strategies and how they can support the brand's efforts.
  13. Identify and mitigate potential risks to the brand's reputation through proactive communication and relationship building.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to strengthen and expand the brand's community involvement and impact.

  • Experience In Community Outreach And Engagement: Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Engaging With Diverse Communities, Building Relationships, And Creating Impactful Initiatives.

  • Strong Communication Skills: A Community Engagement Manager Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Community Members, Local Organizations, And Company Leadership.

  • Knowledge Of Local Culture And Issues: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of The Local Community, Including Its Culture, Values, And Challenges. Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Diverse Populations And An Awareness Of Relevant Social, Economic, And Environmental Issues.

  • Project Management Skills: Community Engagement Initiatives Often Involve Multiple Stakeholders, Timelines, And Budgets. A Qualified Candidate Should Have Experience Planning, Executing, And Evaluating Projects, As Well As The Ability To Manage Resources And Meet Deadlines.
