
Community Engagement Manager

- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to strengthen relationships between Chipotle and local communities.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify and support community outreach opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and partners to further Chipotle's impact in the local community.
- Plan and execute events and initiatives that align with Chipotle's values and mission.
- Monitor and track community engagement efforts, including measuring impact and success.
- Communicate and promote Chipotle's community involvement through various channels, including social media, press releases, and partnerships.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that support community engagement and brand awareness.
- Identify and pursue potential partnerships and collaborations that align with Chipotle's values and goals.
- Serve as a spokesperson for Chipotle in the community, representing the brand and its initiatives in a positive and professional manner.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to community engagement and social responsibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure community engagement efforts align with company goals and values.
- Manage budget and resources for community engagement initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between Chipotle and local non-profit organizations, community groups, and government entities.
- Analyze data and report on the success and impact of community engagement efforts.
- Continuously seek out new opportunities to support and engage with local communities.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Experience In Event Planning, Project Management, And Budget Management.
Strong Understanding Of Community Engagement Principles And Strategies.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Community Engagement Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Community Partners.
