Job Description

We at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin are seeking a talented and experienced Vice President (VP) - Quality & Analytics to lead our Quality & Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive quality improvement and analytics program that promotes a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety. You will also provide leadership to ensure that organizational goals are achieved through performance improvement initiatives, data analysis, and operational excellence.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong blend of strategic and operational capabilities, with a proven history of driving organizational change and improving patient safety.
