Security Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Security Officer to join Children's Hospital of Wisconsin's team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to protecting the safety of our patients, visitors, and staff, while providing excellent customer service.At a minimum, the successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior security experience, and a valid driver's license. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for patrolling and monitoring the facility, responding to emergency situations, and ensuring that visitors adhere to hospital policies and procedures. You will also be expected to inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure security protocols are being followed.In this role, you must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and alert in emergency situations. Moreover, you should be able to think quickly and make sound decisions in a timely manner.
