Security Dispatcher

Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service, security, or dispatching role • Must be able to obtain a valid Wisconsin driver’s license • Knowledge of security systems and equipment • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to remain calm in challenging and emergency situations • Proficiency in use of computers and applicable software programs
