This position is a great opportunity for a customer service-oriented individual to be part of an amazing team that delivers excellent patient care and services. The Patient Experience Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors, as well as resolving patient issues in a timely manner.To be considered for the position, applicants must have excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
