
Desktop Engineer
At Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, we are seeking a Desktop Engineer to join our team and take our IT services to the next level. Our ideal candidate has the requisite IT technical skills and experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The Desktop Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the hospital's computer networks, ensuring the security and performance of all systems, and providing technical support to our staff, patients, and visitors. To succeed in this role, the successful candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support and a demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service. They must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment. Finally, they must be highly motivated and organized, with a commitment to providing the highest level of technical support.
