In this role, you will provide direct clinical supervision to therapists, help develop and implement policies and procedures, and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care.We are looking for a candidate with a passion for mental health, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
