Cash Application Representative

At Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, we are seeking a Cash Application Representative to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented individual with a drive to succeed. The Cash Application Representative is responsible for ensuring that customer payments are posted correctly and promptly to customer accounts. The selected candidate must have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Cash Application experience • Prior experience with Oracle and/or Lawson a plus• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to research, analyze, and resolve payment discrepancies and customer inquiries• Strong customer service orientation• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
