
Care Navigator Mental and Behavioral Health
At Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, we are looking for a passionate Care Navigator Mental and Behavioral Health professional to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a background in mental health, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work with children and families in a variety of settings. The Care Navigator Mental and Behavioral Health will serve as a relationship-builder and advocate for the mental and behavioral health needs of our patients and families. You will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of care and access to services, providing education, and advocating for the needs of patients and families. To be successful in this role, you will need to be knowledgeable about the mental and behavioral health services available in the community. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field and experience working with children and families in a mental health setting. You should also possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is a must.
