Care Navigator Mental and Behavioral Health

At Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, we are looking for a passionate Care Navigator Mental and Behavioral Health professional to join our team. The Care Navigator Mental and Behavioral Health will serve as a relationship-builder and advocate for the mental and behavioral health needs of our patients and families. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field and experience working with children and families in a mental health setting. You should also possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is a must.
