- Accurately and timely process payroll for the organization using Workday Payroll system.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Workday Payroll processes and procedures.
- Manage complex payrolls and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all payroll information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
- Stay up-to-date on any changes or updates to Workday Payroll system.
- Ensure payroll data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth payroll processing.
- Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Assist with implementing new payroll processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor new team members on Workday Payroll system and processes.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve payroll processes and increase efficiency.
- Adhere to all payroll deadlines and ensure timely submission of payroll data.
- Maintain accurate and organized payroll records.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to payroll as needed.
- Support the organization's mission and values in all aspects of the job.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience As A Workday Payroll Administrator In A Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Workday Payroll System, Including Experience With Configuration And Troubleshooting.
Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Payroll Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Handle Confidential Information With Discretion.
