
Urgent Response Nurse Specialist (Part Time - 24 hours/ week)

- Provide urgent medical care to children in need of immediate attention.

Valid Nursing License: A Qualified Urgent Response Nurse Specialist Must Hold A Valid Nursing License, Demonstrating Their Knowledge And Ability To Provide High-Quality Care To Patients.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Nursing Experience: Due To The Urgent And Critical Nature Of The Job, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Nursing Experience, Preferably In A Pediatric Or Emergency Setting.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification: As An Urgent Response Nurse Specialist, The Individual Must Be Prepared To Handle Emergency Situations And Possess The Necessary Skills And Knowledge To Provide Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals) Certification: Working In A Pediatric Hospital, It Is Essential For The Candidate To Have Pals Certification, Which Demonstrates Their Ability To Provide Life-Saving Care To Children In Emergency Situations.
Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: The Urgent Response Nurse Specialist Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. They Must Also Have Strong Critical Thinking Skills To Make Quick And Accurate Decisions In High-Pressure Situations.
