
Urgent Response Nurse Specialist
The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Urgent Response Nurse Specialist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing top-notch care to the children and families of Philadelphia and the surrounding area. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have a compassionate and patient-focused approach to the care delivery process. To succeed in this role, the Urgent Response Nurse Specialist must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, and a current Pennsylvania RN license. The successful candidate must also have experience in emergency, critical care, or pediatric nursing. A certification in pediatric nursing is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can work collaboratively with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team. In addition, the successful candidate must have the ability to think critically and problem-solve quickly in order to provide the best care possible to our patients.
