
Student Lab Research Assistant
The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is looking for a highly motivated Student Lab Research Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable research experience and apply your knowledge to help advance our research efforts. We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A successful candidate for this position must have a strong interest in medical research and be willing to learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with laboratory research projects and experiments
- Collect, compile, and analyze data
- Record and document research findings
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
- Participate in laboratory meetings and seminars
- Assist in preparing research papers, presentations, and other materials
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
- Work closely with other lab personnel to ensure research goals are met
- Perform other duties as assigned
