  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to pediatric patients under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
  2. Assist with basic patient care tasks, such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and administering medication, as directed by the healthcare team.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment to ensure the comfort and safety of patients.
  4. Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  5. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other clinical staff to coordinate patient care and provide updates on patient progress.
  6. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as safety and infection control protocols.
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve skills through training and educational activities.
  8. Respect patient confidentiality and maintain the privacy of personal health information.
  9. Display a positive and professional attitude towards patients, families, and colleagues.
  10. Report any concerns or changes in patient status to the healthcare team in a timely manner.
  11. Perform clerical duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records, as needed.
  12. Attend required training and orientation sessions to understand the expectations and responsibilities of the role.
  13. Act as a role model for children and families by promoting a supportive and welcoming environment.
  14. Keep up-to-date with current pediatric healthcare practices and trends.
  15. Adapt to changing situations and be flexible in fulfilling job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Relevant Education: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required, With Preference Given To Candidates Currently Enrolled In A Healthcare-Related Degree Program.
