Sr Manager Growth and Operations

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is looking for a Sr. Manager of Growth and Operations to join our team and help us reach our ambitious goals. They will oversee the development and implementation of operational plans that support the organization's goals and objectives, and provide leadership and guidance to ensure the successful execution of CHOP's growth initiatives.This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have a strong commitment to the mission of CHOP. They will possess excellent leadership and team-building skills, as well as the ability to build trust and foster positive relationships with stakeholders. A background in healthcare is preferred, but not required.
