Social Worker - Special Immunology

Responsibilities:

1. Provide social work services to patients and families, including developing and implementing treatment plans.

5. Assist in developing and maintaining community resources and referrals for families.

7. Participate in professional development and continuing education activities.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
9. Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling to patients and families.
