  13. Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to coordinate and facilitate services for patients and families.
  14. Provide crisis intervention and support for patients and families in emergency situations.
  15. Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare system to ensure continuity of care and address any barriers to treatment.
  16. Support and promote a positive work environment and contribute to a culture of compassion and empathy within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Social Work From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Children And Families In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Child Development, Trauma-Informed Care, And Family Systems.

  • Ability To Obtain And Maintain Necessary Certifications, Such As Lcsw Or Lsw.
