Job Description

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is looking for an experienced and talented ServiceNow Systems Manager to join our team and help us realize our mission of providing excellent healthcare to children. As the ServiceNow Systems Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include designing workflows, developing custom applications, enhancing existing applications, automating manual processes, and providing technical support.We are searching for a candidate with a strong background in ServiceNow development and administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for excellence. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with scripting languages, knowledge of enterprise architecture, and a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing workflows, custom applications, and automations on the ServiceNow platform
  • Enhancing existing applications and automating manual processes
  • Conducting research and staying up-to-date on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends
  • Troubleshooting and resolving system issues
  • Providing technical support and training to users
  • Creating and maintaining system documentation
  • Assisting with enterprise architecture planning and design
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve system performance and reliability
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of ServiceNow projects and initiatives
