
Senior Test Facility Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the testing facility at CHOP, including staff, resources, and equipment.
- Ensure that all testing activities comply with relevant safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing facility.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, and provide feedback and guidance as needed.
- Manage budgets and ensure that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
- Lead essential meetings with stakeholders and other professionals to discuss testing facility operations and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to the testing facility in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Remain up-to-date on relevant industry trends and best practices.
