
Senior Manager - Strategic Planning
The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking an experienced and highly-motivated Senior Manager - Strategic Planning to join our innovative and collaborative team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's status as a premier pediatric hospital and research center.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the hospital's strategic objectives are met.
- Analyze and assess current and future trends in the healthcare industry to develop and implement innovative strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets for strategic initiatives and ensure that they are on track and within budget.
- Lead and manage a team of strategic planning staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Create and present reports and presentations on strategic initiatives and their progress.
- Monitor progress and results of strategic initiatives and make course corrections as needed.
- Participate in meetings and conferences to ensure the hospital is informed of relevant industry trends and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the success of the hospital's overall strategic plan.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to staff to ensure they are meeting the hospital's strategic objectives.
