- Conduct comprehensive audits of financial records and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Develop and implement audit plans and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify potential risks or areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports of audit findings, including recommendations for corrective actions and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and enhance internal controls and processes.

Strong Knowledge Of Auditing Principles And Practices: A Senior Internal Auditor At Children's Hospital Of Philadelphia Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Auditing Principles And Practices, Including Risk Assessment, Internal Controls, And Audit Testing Techniques.
Experience In Healthcare Industry: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Prior Experience Working In The Healthcare Industry, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Organization. This Will Ensure Familiarity With The Unique Regulatory And Compliance Requirements In The Healthcare Sector.
