- Develop and implement workforce management strategies to support the organization's mission and goals.
- Oversee all aspects of workforce planning, including forecasting future staffing needs, identifying skill gaps, and developing recruitment and retention plans.
- Lead and manage a team of human resources professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and educational institutions, to support the organization's talent acquisition efforts.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement in workforce management processes.

- Represent the organization in external forums and events related to workforce management and human resources.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to workforce management, including equal employment opportunity and labor laws.
Extensive Experience In Workforce Management: A Senior Director Of Workforce Management At Children's Hospital Of Philadelphia Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Workforce Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting, And Budgeting.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Leader, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Workforce Management Professionals. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Leading And Developing Teams, As Well As Fostering A Positive And Collaborative Work Environment.
Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Regulations: Children's Hospital Of Philadelphia Is Subject To Various Labor Laws And Regulations, And The Senior Director Of Workforce Management Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of These Laws And Be Able To Ensure Compliance In All Workforce Management Practices.
