We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Director to lead our Clinical Applications team. As Senior Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our clinical applications, ensuring that our healthcare professionals have the necessary tools to provide the best possible care to our young patients.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the Clinical Applications team to align with the hospital's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of healthcare IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Oversee the development and maintenance of clinical applications, ensuring they meet the needs of our healthcare professionals and are compliant with industry regulations.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs for new or improved clinical applications.
  5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology, and develop strategies to incorporate them into our clinical applications.
  7. Ensure all clinical applications are user-friendly and provide necessary training and support to healthcare professionals to ensure effective utilization.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for the Clinical Applications team and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  9. Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely delivery and quality of clinical applications.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, to safeguard patient information and protect the hospital from potential risks.
  11. Act as a liaison between the Clinical Applications team and other departments, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and encouraging professional growth and development within the team.
