  1. Develop, implement, and manage compensation strategies that align with the mission and goals of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  3. Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to understand compensation needs and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Evaluate and update job descriptions and job levels to ensure accurate and consistent compensation across the organization.
  5. Monitor compensation trends and market data to inform decision-making and maintain competitive compensation practices.
  6. Partner with HRIS team to ensure accurate and timely data management and reporting.
  7. Lead the annual salary review process, including budget planning, merit increase recommendations, and bonus payouts.
  8. Develop and maintain job classification and salary structures to support career progression and market competitiveness.
  9. Provide guidance and support to HR team and managers on compensation-related matters, including job offers, promotions, and retention strategies.
  10. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to compensation.
  11. Mentor and train junior members of the compensation team.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve compensation processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and provide recommendations to senior leadership regarding compensation strategies and initiatives.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  15. Represent Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in a professional and knowledgeable manner to external partners and organizations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Consulting Or A Related Role

  • Certified Compensation Professional (Ccp) Designation Highly Preferred

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Compensation, Including Flsa, Ada, And Eeo

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis And Interpretation To Develop And Implement Compensation Strategies And Programs
