  1. Develop and implement compensation strategies and programs to attract and retain top talent for Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
  2. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages for all employee levels.
  3. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to evaluate and make recommendations for salary structures, bonus and incentive plans, and other compensation-related programs.
  4. Analyze compensation data and trends to identify potential areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation practices.
  6. Partner with recruitment and hiring teams to provide guidance on compensation offers and negotiate with candidates as needed.
  7. Advise and educate managers and employees on compensation policies, procedures, and best practices.
  8. Lead the annual salary review process, including conducting salary surveys, analyzing data, and communicating changes to employees.
  9. Develop and maintain job descriptions, job levels, and salary bands for all positions within the organization.
  10. Provide guidance and support to HR and leadership teams on compensation-related issues and questions.
  11. Monitor and analyze trends in the healthcare industry and adjust compensation strategies accordingly.
  12. Collaborate with finance and budgeting teams to ensure accurate and effective budgeting for compensation expenses.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve compensation policies and processes to ensure fairness, equity, and alignment with organizational goals.
  14. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in compensation and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  15. Represent the organization in compensation-related matters, such as surveys and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation And Benefits Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Certified Compensation Professional (Ccp) Or Other Relevant Certification.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Compensation And Benefits.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations For Compensation Strategies That Align With Organizational Goals.
