
Senior Compensation Consultant

- Develop and implement compensation strategies and programs to attract and retain top talent for Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages for all employee levels.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to evaluate and make recommendations for salary structures, bonus and incentive plans, and other compensation-related programs.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to identify potential areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation practices.
- Partner with recruitment and hiring teams to provide guidance on compensation offers and negotiate with candidates as needed.
- Advise and educate managers and employees on compensation policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead the annual salary review process, including conducting salary surveys, analyzing data, and communicating changes to employees.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, job levels, and salary bands for all positions within the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and leadership teams on compensation-related issues and questions.
- Monitor and analyze trends in the healthcare industry and adjust compensation strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with finance and budgeting teams to ensure accurate and effective budgeting for compensation expenses.
- Continuously evaluate and improve compensation policies and processes to ensure fairness, equity, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in compensation and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Represent the organization in compensation-related matters, such as surveys and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation And Benefits Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Certified Compensation Professional (Ccp) Or Other Relevant Certification.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Compensation And Benefits.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations For Compensation Strategies That Align With Organizational Goals.
