Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Specifically In Coding, Billing, And Reimbursement.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Reimbursement Methodologies, Including Medicare And Medicaid.
Certified Professional Coder (Cpc) Certification Or Other Coding Related Certification Preferred.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Billing And Coding Errors And Discrepancies.
