  10. Collaborate with the finance department to develop and implement revenue forecasting strategies.
  11. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to revenue integrity.
  12. Train and educate staff on revenue integrity best practices and compliance.
  13. Participate in audits and reviews to ensure compliance with coding and billing guidelines.
  14. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of revenue integrity processes.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve revenue integrity processes to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Specifically In Coding, Billing, And Reimbursement.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Reimbursement Methodologies, Including Medicare And Medicaid.

  • Certified Professional Coder (Cpc) Certification Or Other Coding Related Certification Preferred.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Billing And Coding Errors And Discrepancies.
