Job Description

At Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), we are looking for a highly-skilled and motivated Revenue Cycle Transformation Program Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading organizational initiatives to develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize revenue cycle operations. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Health Care Administration, or a related field, and at least three years of experience in revenue cycle operations and/or consulting. The candidate must also have experience in project management, process improvement, and data analytics.The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, and a passion for making a positive impact on our organization. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead organizational initiatives to develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize revenue cycle operations.
  2. Develop project plans, manage projects, and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Develop process improvement initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  4. Monitor and track progress of initiatives to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  5. Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and results.
  6. Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders.
  7. Provide consultation to stakeholders on best practices for revenue cycle operations.
  8. Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  9. Maintain and update knowledge of current trends and developments in revenue cycle operations.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
