Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Revenue Cycle Management, Preferably In A Pediatric Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Billing And Coding Practices, Including Cpt, Icd-10, And Hcpcs Codes.
Proficient In Using Revenue Cycle Management Software And Electronic Medical Record Systems.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements To Increase Revenue And Decrease Denials.
