
Research Technician- Cellular and Molecular Therapeutics

- Conduct laboratory experiments: The Research Technician will be responsible for performing various laboratory experiments, including but not limited to cell culture, Western blotting, PCR, and microscopy, following established protocols and procedures.
- Accurately record and analyze data: The Research Technician will maintain detailed and accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and data analysis. They will also be responsible for presenting data to the research team and contributing to research publications.
- Collaborate with team members: The Research Technician will work closely with the research team, including scientists and physicians, to discuss experimental results, troubleshoot issues, and develop new research ideas.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies: The Research Technician will be responsible for ordering and organizing laboratory supplies, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring that all equipment is in proper working condition.
- Contribute to research design and planning: The Research Technician will assist in the design and planning of experiments, including developing research protocols, selecting appropriate techniques, and suggesting improvements to existing procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant literature: The Research Technician will be responsible for staying informed about current research developments in the field of cellular and molecular therapeutics, as well as relevant laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Comply with safety regulations: The Research Technician will adhere to all safety regulations and protocols in the laboratory, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Train and supervise junior staff: The Research Technician may be responsible for training and supervising junior staff, such as interns or volunteers, in laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laboratory: The Research Technician will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized laboratory space, including proper storage and disposal of materials and equipment.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Molecular Biology.
Previous Experience Working In A Research Laboratory, Preferably In The Field Of Cellular And Molecular Therapeutics.
Strong Understanding Of Cell Culture Techniques, Molecular Biology Techniques, And Microscopy.
Familiarity With Common Laboratory Equipment And Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently Or As Part Of A Team.
