We are currently seeking a highly motivated Research Postdoctoral Fellow to join our Hematology and Gene Therapy team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of cutting-edge research in the fields of hematology and gene therapy, with the ultimate goal of finding new treatments and cures for pediatric blood disorders.   1. Conduct cutting-edge research in the fields of hematology and gene therapy.
  2. Collaborate with team members to design and implement research projects.
  3. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field.
  4. Present research findings at conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and techniques in hematology and gene therapy research.
  6. Work closely with pediatric patients and their families to understand their needs and provide compassionate care.
  7. Participate in team meetings to discuss research progress and potential future directions.
  8. Mentor and train junior team members, including students and interns.
  9. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized research lab.
  10. Collaborate with other research teams and departments within the hospital to further our understanding of pediatric blood disorders.
  11. Represent the hospital and our research team at community events and outreach programs.
  12. Contribute to grant writing and fundraising efforts to support ongoing research projects.
  13. Uphold the hospital's values of excellence, integrity, and compassion in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Phd In A Relevant Field Such As Molecular Biology, Genetics, Or Hematology.

  • Experience In Conducting Independent Research In The Field Of Gene Therapy And/Or Hematology.

  • Strong Publication Record, With At Least 3-5 First-Author Publications In Reputable Journals.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Advanced Laboratory Techniques And Equipment, Such As Gene Editing Tools And Next-Generation Sequencing.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
