The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking a Research Post-Doc Fellow in Behavioral Oncology Psychology to join our dynamic and collaborative team.   1. Conduct cutting-edge research in the field of pediatric oncology.
  2. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement research projects.
  3. Collect and analyze data related to pediatric cancer patients and their families.
  4. Write and publish research findings in academic journals and present at conferences.
  5. Provide support and care to pediatric cancer patients and their families.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of behavioral interventions for pediatric cancer patients.
  7. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate research findings into patient care.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current research and developments in the field of pediatric oncology.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of research data.
  10. Participate in grant writing and fundraising efforts to support research projects.
  11. Mentor and supervise graduate students and other team members.
  12. Attend regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improving research and patient care.
  13. Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines in all research activities.
  14. Continuously strive to improve research skills and knowledge in the field of pediatric oncology.
  15. Represent the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and its research efforts in a professional and positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Phd Or Equivalent Degree In Psychology, Oncology, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Research Background, With At Least 2 Years Of Postdoctoral Experience In Behavioral Oncology.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Behavioral And Psychological Factors Related To Cancer Prevention, Treatment, And Survivorship.

  • Proven Track Record Of Conducting Independent Research And Securing External Funding.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Mentor Junior Researchers.
