Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Biomedical Sciences.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Research Lab Setting, Preferably In A Pediatric Or Healthcare Environment.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Laboratory Techniques And Procedures, Including But Not Limited To Dna/Rna Extraction, Pcr, Gel Electrophoresis, And Microscopy.
Familiarity With Research Ethics And Regulations, Including Irb Protocols And Data Confidentiality.
