  1. Oversee and manage all administrative functions related to research projects and initiatives within the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
  2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's research goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with research teams to ensure efficient and effective use of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  4. Monitor and track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  5. Serve as a liaison between research teams and external partners, including sponsors and funding agencies.
  6. Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed records and reports related to research activities.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline and improve research processes.
  8. Provide guidance and support to research staff, including training and mentoring as needed.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  11. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including researchers, hospital staff, and external partners.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to research administration.
  13. Participate in departmental and institutional meetings, committees, and projects as assigned.
  14. Represent the organization at conferences and other events related to research administration.
  15. Support the mission of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia by promoting excellence in pediatric healthcare and research.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Research Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Academic Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And Institutional Regulations And Policies Related To Research Administration.

  • Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Researchers, Funding Agencies, And Other Stakeholders.
